Europes most disappointing landmark
British tourists made their own list of the most disappointing sights of Europe. According to Sky News, the anti-rating was headed by the famous painting by Leonardo da Vinci - “Mona Lisa”.
The survey was conducted by one of the largest low-cost airlines in Europe - “EasyJet”. The company interviewed about 2,000 of its clients from the UK to find out which sights of Foggy Albion seemed to be the most boring and disappointing.
Mona Lisa took the first place, to look at which thousands of tourists come to the Louvre every day. On the second line is the Checkpoint Charlie between West and East Berlin. Third place went to Manneken Pis in Brussels, often falling into similar lists.
They also disappointed the British cabaret Moulin Rouge in Paris, the Little Mermaid in Copenhagen, the Eiffel Tower, the Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain in Rome and the Louvre, which stores the main character of the survey results. A closes the top 10 major tourist disappointments of Europe Leaning Tower of Pisa.
