Ukraine dropped in the international rating of passports
Our people have become a little harder to travel the world. By the beginning of July 2019, Ukrainians can visit without a visa or with a visa at the border upon the arrival of 126 countries. That is, 2 countries less than in the previous quarter, according to the updated passport index of Henley & Partners.
Because of this, Ukraine dropped in the world rankings from 40th to 44th place, dividing it from Nicaragua and Tuvalu.
Minus two visa-free - of course, unpleasant news. Although the agreements with our country were not refused by the most huge and advanced states. This is Benin and Djibouti. The thing is that these countries have changed their visa policy. Instead of getting a visa on arrival, our people will receive electronic visas.
The first five visa rankings have not changed, and looks like this:
Japan, Singapore: Citizens can visit without visas or with visas upon the arrival of 189 countries.
Finland, Germany, South Korea (lost first place) - 187 countries.
Denmark, Italy, Luxembourg - 186 countries.
France, Spain, Sweden - 185 countries.
Austria, the Netherlands, Portugal, Switzerland - 184 countries.
